We here at RibbonBazaar.com put forth our best effort to ship out your order the same business day as it was ordered (provided the order is placed before 3pm).

To ensure prompt delivery, please be aware of the following:

• Make sure you enter your correct name, shipping and billing addresses.
• Our shipment days are Monday-Friday (we do not ship on weekends).
• Free Shipping is available in the contigious United States by selecting "RB.com Ground" under shipping options. Please note that we will use either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on what we feel is most suitable for your order.
• When checking your order status for items shipped free via "RB.com Ground", we will state whether your order was shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail next to the tracking number.
