Our Returns Policy

We do our best to sell top quality products, however if you receive a defective product please notify customer service immediately. All claims must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted without prior authorization. In the case where you order the wrong item there will be a 10% restocking fee for returns.

There is no industry standard for producing continuous, unbroken spools. Since our suppliers cannot guarantee that we receive continuous, unbroken spools of ribbon, we unfortunately cannot pass on such a guarantee to our customers either.

Also, we cannot accept returns of any items because of slight color or size variation. A size variation up to 1/16" is possible. Color variations between what is seen on the monitor and what is actually delivered to the customer is the result of a difference on monitor settings and is beyond our control, thus returns cannot be based on that reason.

To return an item, you must call us at our local branch at (732) 776-9353 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number should be present with the invoice and merchandise being returned. No return will be accepted without prior authorization via a valid RMA number.
